The Bournemouth Air Festival is held every year in Bournemouth, in Dorset, England along the beach front where thousands can watch the flights spectacular. Always taking place in August you know you will be getting beautiful British weather, the sun is sure to be out at this fabulous festival. This is a great tourism event people just love, from take-offs to stage music, food and so much more. The Bournemouth Air Festival is free, but please be aware some things you do need tickets for like music events etc.
This festival has been going since 2008 and has had over 7 million people attending, visitors in the past have seen many aircrafts such as the Avro Lancaster, Supermarine Spitfire, the brilliant Avro Vulcan and Hawker Hurricane, as well as the Eurofighter Typhoon and Yakovlev Yak-50 plus much more.
Aerobatic aerial displays come from the Red Arrows, Guinot Wing Walkers, Black Cats, The Blades and many more. As well as ground display by the Royal Marine Commando Unarmed Combat Display, Royal Marine Commando Beach Assault Display and Band of the Royal Marines.
